Paladin Consulting seeks an Executive Hospitality Manager to lead client-facing hospitality operations in a fast-paced legal office environment. You will oversee conference room readiness, catering coordination, and a hospitality team to deliver exceptional service to attorneys, clients, and visitors.

Responsibilities include event coordination, high-level concierge support, and maintaining a meticulous, service-first atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in high-end hospitality or related field.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service and event setups.
• Proven ability to provide executive-level concierge services.
• Excellent attention to detail and anticipation of client needs.
• Professional demeanor for managing high-level clients in a luxury environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and client needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Dress code: Smart business casual.
• Driver's license required; some driving will be needed when permanent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the hospitality and client experience ambassador for a busy legal office.
• Inspect and prepare conference rooms and client-facing areas; coordinate catering and events.
• Oversee a small hospitality team; assign room setups, food service, and supplies.
• Greet vendors and guests; manage deliveries and support meetings.
• Coordinate events with site leaders; ensure flawless execution of VIP visits and meetings.
• Balance hospitality, operations, and customer service to deliver high-touch experiences.
