Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop Front and Back of House teams.
Maintain operational control over every department and ensure effective interdepartmental communication.
Walk the dining room daily to greet guests and build relationships with regular customers.
Ensure shifts start with a manager briefing and maintain staffing and restaurant presentation.
Monitor costs and drive sales through guest engagement and upselling.
Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and ambiance across dining areas, kitchen, bar, restrooms, and storage.
