Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, drive profitability, and lead by example. You will steer departments, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences across the venue.

The role requires 2+ years in management, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and a strong commitment to professional appearance and safety standards. Experience with gaming and ABLE licensing is a plus, as is fostering a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Background check required; Gaming license and ABLE license where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience; strong leadership and operational skills.
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to all departments, including operations, finance, HR, and guest services.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue and control costs.
• Foster exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee hiring, training, and development to build a high-performing team.
• Monitor KPIs and financial results to identify improvements and support data-driven decisions.
• Address guest concerns and operational challenges promptly to protect guest experience and brand.
