Job summary

Shake Shack in Estero, FL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee inventory, safety, budgeting, and local brand promotion to boost sales and profits while ensuring hospitality excellence.

The role requires 3+ years in GM in high-volume environments, strong leadership, and a focus on training and food safety. Flexible hours and a team-oriented culture are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality leadership and motivation of team members.
• Strong leadership with coaching and aiming for excellence.
• Knowledge of financial aspects and 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
