Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning, sanitation, and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations and motivate staff.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
