Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms is recruiting a hospitality-focused Receptionist to provide excellent service for our Independent Living residents and community. From $17.00 - $19.00 / hour. Status: PRN (Per Diem).

This role is responsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, prospective employees, suppliers, vendors, and outside service providers in a warm and professional manner on a daily basis. The face of the community, you thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of receptionist experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing telephone coverage.
• Resolve issues for residents, guests, vendors, ensuring service.
• Accept and log delivery packages and notify recipients.
• Prepare maintenance work orders as requested.
• Assist management with projects as needed.
