Lansdowne Village is seeking compassionate staff for PRN Receptionist duties. The role requires a CNA certification, high school diploma, and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage mail and faxes, and handle data entry and Covid testing logs.

Qualifications

• CNA certification is required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Office Management and Bookkeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route incoming calls; take messages as needed.
• Greet and direct visitors politely and professionally.
• Send/receive/route incoming faxes; manage outgoing mail.
• Sort and route incoming mail; maintain fax and postage machines; data entry.
• Perform miscellaneous filing and Covid testing/logs.
