Presbyterian Homes & Services - HallMar Village in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a PT Receptionist to join our team. Schedule: Wednesday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm, with every other Saturday.

This role provides frontline support in a senior living community, delivering friendly administrative assistance to residents, families, and staff. Qualifications

• High school graduate preferred.
• 3–12 months work as a receptionist is desired.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with various office equipment such as copy machines, multi-line phones, postage meter, fax machines, etc.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency and experience in various programs including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Publisher and Word is desired.

Responsibilities

• Answer and transfer all incoming telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Serve as an information resource for customers.
• Perform a variety of administrative duties as assigned.
