Qualifications

At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a health club or hospitality environment.

Good knowledge of customer service standards.
Strong personality, memory and sense of humor.
Ability to perform quick money calculations and handle payments.
Highly organized with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

As Hospitality Lead, you will direct the work of associates and uphold defined procedures and behaviors.
Assist with front desk and hotel/club training; hold staff accountable.
Help members with program registration, payment processing, and scheduling services.
Handle check-ins and resolve questions or issues for members and guests.
Maintain cleanliness of hospitality desk areas to ensure an exceptional facility experience.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance when problems are reported.
Answer queries about club services and facilities; implement service processes.
Perform basic bookkeeping, cashiering, filing, and clerical duties; assist with inventory.
