Qualifications

• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

• 2+ years of Retail or Customer‑facing experience.
• Proficient in G‑Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain hospitality while balancing efficiency of a high‑volume environment.
• Support surrounding branches within 50 miles and occasional other locations within the region.
• Attend training sessions and adapt to changing schedules.
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance.
