Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Retail or Customer-facing experience.
• Proficient in G‑Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume cash transactions with accuracy and maintain a compliance-first mindset.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and pair them with digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain hospitality while balancing efficiency in a high‑volume environment.
