Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Finance (in progress) or similar degree.
Minimum Junior status.
This position requires onsite work.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the Accounting and Finance Team.
Assist the property finance team with daily accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and related reporting.
Gain exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis at the property level.
Participate in audits, compliance reviews, and internal control procedures.
Shadow property finance leaders and attend professional development sessions.
Participate in month-end close process, prepare journal entries, reconciliations and month end financial statements
Assist with various projects as needed
Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
