Job summary

Premier Project Management is seeking a Senior Purchasing Agent to support supply chain management and FF&E purchasing for hospitality and multi-family projects. You will report to the Senior Director of Procurement and help drive procurement objectives from design through installation.

The role requires cost analysis, negotiation, and timely delivery within budget, with opportunities for career growth in a people-first, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• Five years purchasing experience, ideally in hospitality.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel; Spitfire a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Customer service excellence and reliability.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analysis, negotiate, purchase, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Manage the project purchasing process across multiple complex projects.
• Process requisitions and purchase orders, and initiate change orders as needed.
• Resolve vendor disputes and maintain supplier relationships.
