Job summary

Premier Project Management, based in Dallas, TX, seeks a Purchasing Agent to support supply chain management for hospitality and multi-family developments. You will bid, purchase, and expedite FF&E to ensure construction milestones are met.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement, you will negotiate terms, manage requisitions and POs, coordinate with designers and vendors, and help maintain budgets while delivering quality on time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• BA or BS preferred.
• At least 3 years purchasing experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; Spitfire a plus.

Responsibilities

• Obtain FF&E quotations, warehousing and installation bids.
• Negotiate price, lead-time and payment terms.
• Manage requisitions and purchase orders.
• Coordinate expediting and delivery with project team.
• Process deposits, pro-forma invoices and net 30 payments.
• Prepare and issue weekly Expediting Reports.
