Job summary

Burial Beer Co. in Asheville, NC is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Hospitality Department.

You will oversee facility maintenance and construction across all locations to keep environments safe, functional, and aligned with our brand. The ideal candidate has strong experience in commercial building construction and operations for hospitality settings, solid design and aesthetics sense, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and CMMS/Basecamp communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial building construction and operation.
• Understanding of hospitality design, aesthetics and construction processes.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scoping, scheduling and execution of facility construction projects with contractors.
• Oversee and organize preventative maintenance services on facility equipment and construction.
• Assist in design of new/refurbished retail facilities with leadership.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and expense trackers.
• Maintain centralized project documentation, timelines and deliverables.
• Use Basecamp and CMMS to track work orders and communicate status.
