By Landmark seeks an experienced Project Manager for in-house operations to lead end-to-end construction and renovation projects at hospitality venues and boutique hotels. The role emphasizes ownership from pre-construction planning to occupancy, working closely with a crafts-focused team.

The candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and design intent while maintaining brand standards and operational timelines.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project management in construction, renovation, or hospitality-focused environments.
• Experience leading in-house trade teams (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, FF&E).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building systems, and code compliance.
• Proficiency with Procore, Raken, and Microsoft Planner; ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Ability to travel ~50% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end project execution from pre-construction through delivery and occupancy.
• Lead pre-construction activities including scope, budget validation, permitting strategy, trade coordination, and scheduling.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects: capital expenditures, remodels, expansions, renovations.
• Ensure all projects align with design intent, brand standards, and operational timelines.
• Develop detailed schedules, scopes of work, budgets, and resource plans.
• Drive the close-out process through final inspections, punch lists, and occupancy milestones.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements.
