Job summary

Burial Beer Co is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Hospitality Department. You will support retail facility maintenance and construction operations across all locations, ensuring safety, function and brand-aligned aesthetics.

You’ll collaborate with contractors, leadership, and staff to keep projects on time and within budget, while using CMMS and Basecamp to track work orders and progress. The role emphasizes safety, attention to detail and problem solving, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• 21+ years of age.
• Experience with general contractor or similar entity.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems.
• Experience in building construction, residential or commercial.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize projects/issues.
• Proficiency with Basecamp for communication and CMMS for work orders.

Responsibilities

• Critically evaluate retail facilities for safety, function and aesthetics.
• Oversee scoping, scheduling and execution of facility construction projects with contractors.
• Oversee preventative maintenance on facility equipment and construction.
• Assist in design of new/refurbished retail facilities with leadership.
• Manage aesthetic guidelines set by leadership.
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain centralized project documentation, trackers, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and spend trackers.
• Provide regular budget reporting and flag financial risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Production Maintenance Manager when needed.
• Ensure records of estimates, PO, invoices and expenses are kept.
• Plan, set up and execute hospitality events when required.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
