Job summary

AHU Technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role focuses on schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Projects include healthcare, K-12, and higher education facilities, and CMAR delivery knowledge is a plus. The position is full-time and on-site, with travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience with healthcare, K-12, or higher education construction projects preferred.
• Knowledge of Construction Management-at-Risk (CMaR) delivery is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, quality, documentation, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Projects may include healthcare, K-12, and higher education facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Participate in preconstruction activities for Construction Management and Design-Build projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and timelines.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, stakeholders, and internal project teams.
• Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, delays, conflicts, and field issues.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and project partners.
• Support successful project delivery while maintaining cost and schedule objectives.
