Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a construction foreman or facilities maintenance.
• General knowledge of construction techniques and terminology.
• General knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and concepts.
• Knowledge of building codes and related specifications.
• Ability to plan and organize work and teams/projects.
• Budgeting knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate construction activities; inspect and plan daily work.
• Review schedule, update changes, and maintain documentation.
• Lead contract personnel and coordinate material orders.
• Design and install special facility projects as required.
• Perform general plumbing, electrical repairs and preventative maintenance (HVAC, refrigeration, appliances).
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate construction information.
