Job summary

Branch Civil in Asheville, NC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex site construction, working closely with the project superintendent to ensure scope, schedule, and financial outcomes.

You will oversee contract administration, budgeting, risk management, and subcontractor coordination, while developing client relationships and ensuring safety and quality across multi-project portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 10–15 years of Project Management experience on site work, with projects over $50M+.
• Proficiency with P6, MRS Project, Vista, MS Office and Procore.

Responsibilities

• Authority on contract between owner, GC, and the company to ensure effective project administration.
• Manage all aspects of contract management, planning, scheduling, budget, quality, safety, and staffing.
• Oversee profit margins and fully manage all financial aspects of assigned construction project(s).
• Draft and execute subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Review and approve monthly subcontractor pay requisitions.
• Oversee schedule development and updates with project staff.
• Prepare monthly project financial projections and reports for leadership.
• Prepare and review payment requisitions and report financial status monthly.
• Develop an effective plan and schedule with the Superintendent to meet goals.
• Support preconstruction activities including design-build procurement.
• Develop new business opportunities and foster owner relationships.
• Adhere to contract terms, assure quality, minimize costs, and promote safety.
