Job summary

CBRE's Global Workplace Solutions Local unit is seeking a Facilities Manager (Hospitality) to oversee operations for a portfolio of facilities. You will supervise staff, coordinate repairs, manage budgets, and drive safety and compliance across sites.

You'll lead capital projects, mentor the team, maintain client relationships, and ensure efficient service delivery in alignment with CBRE RISE values. A degree plus FM experience is preferred; a driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3–5 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Facility Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop staff, conduct evaluations, and manage hiring.
• Schedule daily activities and assign tasks; set deadlines.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve facility issues.
• Manage capital projects and operating budgets.
• Oversee safety procedures and vendor invoicing.
• Lead training on maintenance and safety best practices.
