Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospitality, guest services, and event operations.
• Supervise, coach, and train staff; reinforce procedures and standards.
• Lead daily team check-ins to assign tasks and communicate changes.
• Monitor workflow and address staffing or performance concerns.
• Coordinate catering, setup, and breakdown of meeting/event spaces.
• Maintain reception, meeting, and guest areas to high standards.
