Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality, located in Scottsdale, Arizona, seeks an Executive Meeting Manager to drive small group meetings and corporate events. You will cultivate relationships with clients, planners, and local businesses while closing opportunities for the hotel’s meeting spaces and services.

The role requires proactive sales expertise, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Front Desk to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of hotel sales, hospitality, or related sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify, solicitate, and secure new small group meetings, corporate events, and related business opportunities to maximize hotel revenue.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, meeting planners, local businesses, and prospective accounts.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, RFPs, and meeting-related sales opportunities.
• Prepare and negotiate group contracts, meeting packages, and proposals per hotel policies.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and timely follow-up with prospects and proposals.
• Coordinate with Sales and operational departments to ensure seamless event execution and client satisfaction.
