Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated Sales Manager for Hotel Adeline in Scottsdale, AZ. You will develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue across corporate, group, and association segments, with a focus on the Scottsdale market.

You will build and maintain relationships with clients, meeting planners, and local businesses, while coordinating with Food & Beverage, Banquets, and Front Desk to ensure seamless execution of client expectations and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business required.
• Minimum 2 years hotel sales experience.
• Knowledge of Greater Phoenix and Scottsdale markets.
• Experience with Marriott systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business.
• Identify and secure corporate, group, and association opportunities.
• Build relationships with clients and industry partners to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management and operations to optimize pricing and events.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and group resumes; manage RFPs.
• Represent the hotel at networking events and trade shows.
