You will drive standards and align initiatives with the company’s vision and values. The ideal candidate has five years in engineering, prior leadership experience, and a background in mechanical trades, with hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Five years of engineering experience and two years of management experience.
• Experience in mechanical trades; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and property software knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and operation of equipment, systems, and facilities.
• Lead central plant operations and project management with vendors.
• Assist Director of Engineering with budgeting and strategic goals.
