Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Facilities Engineering Leader to guide the hotel/resort's operations, maintenance, and safety programs. You will oversee planning, standards compliance, and technology adoption across all building systems, ensuring optimal guest experiences.

The role requires leadership experience in hotel environments, strong knowledge of HVAC and utilities, and the ability to coordinate with corporate and on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years in a facilities engineering leadership role in a hotel/resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Property Management, or similar preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver messages that achieve the intended results.
• Promote Engineering information and recommendations to internal stakeholders (Corporate Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, Engineering Associates, General Associate Body, Managers, Executive Team).
• Prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder perceptions and expectations.
• Manage/oversee the application of standards for the hotel/resort.
• Review and compare performance metrics for Engineering services.
