Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is expanding in Boston, MA and seeks a hospitality-focused manager to lead a diverse part-time hourly team including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers. You will drive service quality, store cleanliness and sales while coaching staff and maintaining strong guest experiences.

The role emphasizes training, professional growth, and a culture of excellence, with available shifts Thu–Sun and a competitive rewards package including training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management/leadership experience in a restaurant or retail establishment.
• Availability to work 2-3 mid-to-late shifts throughout the latter part of the week (Thu-Sun).
• Benevolent leadership style with a player-coach mentality.
• Innate sense of true hospitality and ability to deliver exceptional customer service to all guests.
• Strong software skills including MS Outlook, Excel, MS Teams; prior ATS experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach and develop a diverse part-time hourly staff including Shift Leaders, Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers.
• Lead service components including food quality, customer service, friendliness and store cleanliness.
• Foster a culture of excellence prioritizing cookie quality, customer service and sales performance.
• Manage and audit inventory to maintain proper controls.
• Create and execute local marketing drops.
• Develop in-store recognition programs and contests.
