Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive service management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds DMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and ensure satisfaction with service.
• Hire, train, and supervise service technicians.
• Schedule and prioritize service appointments; manage parts inventory.
• Monitor labor costs and ensure profitability; control expenses.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and address issues.
