Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant environment.
• Experience managing teams in a high-volume or upscale dining environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service and execution.
