Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee operations at the restaurant, ensuring hospitality and people focus while meeting business goals. You will supervise Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders and Team Members, align with the district and operate within Capstone’s values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed, including POP and menu board elements.
• Ensure staff training through effective programs.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership and foster enthusiasm, positivity, and commitment to objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment in excellent condition via approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of all restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise in line with established policies and standards.
• Develop and motivate team members to perform at their best.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and escalate questions to District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies for a safe environment.
