Job summary

Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee the operation of a Capstone restaurant. You will lead Staff, ensure hospitality and integrity, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The GM reports to the District Manager and supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members, upholding Capstone values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity while meeting business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in quick service/fast food.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for growth.
• Ensure marketing plans and POP/menu boards are properly executed.
• Train Team Members to perform duties effectively.
• Open and operate the restaurant during defined business hours.
• Provide leadership with enthusiasm and commitment to objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment in good condition with approved vendors.
• Demonstrate high proficiency in restaurant operations and technology.
• Supervise team members in line with policies.
• Develop and motivate managers and team members to perform at their best.
• Monitor preliminary P/L and escalate questions to District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety and security policies.
