Qualifications

• Ability to answer and route calls as appropriate; takes guest messages with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
• Handles confidential information, including guest records, with integrity.
• Promptly and effectively deals with guest requests and complaints.
• Answers and routes calls, takes messages with accuracy.
• Maintains cash drawer contents and transactions during shift.
• Keeps accurate records including registration and reservation cards.
• Assists with sales and marketing efforts as directed by GM.
• Replenishes continental breakfast and keeps area clean.
• Ensures lobby and common areas are clean.
• Performs laundry functions as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
