Job summary

Lake Forest TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Lake Forest, CA is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent/Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and ensure a great first impression.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Handle guest records with integrity.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly.
• Answer and route calls; take messages accurately.
• Maintain cash drawer contents and transactions.
• Keep records of cash flows and reservations.
• Assist with sales and marketing as directed by GM.
• Provide wake-up calls.
• Record guest information in pass-on log.
• Replenish continental breakfast and keep area clean.
• Ensure lobby and common areas are clean.
• Perform laundry functions as directed.
• All other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Records pertinent guest information in the pass-on log
• Replenishes continental breakfast as needed and keeps area clean
• Ensures common area/lobby is clean
• Performs laundry functions as directed
• All other duties as assigned
