This role requires strong leadership, business sense, and the ability to inspire a team in a fast-paced store kitchen, while upholding safety, sanitation, and customer-focused service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sanitation and food safety coursework encouraged.
• One year of related food service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile.
• Oversee food quality and presentation across all food service departments.
• Plan menus with chefs and manage costs to ensure value and profitability.
• Oversee inventory and ordering to maintain efficient provisioning.
• Hire, train, and schedule food service personnel; supervise staff performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation compliance storewide.
