Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and uphold department standards for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, sanitation, professional appearance, and profitability.
• Lead by example, greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the department.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, discipline, and evaluate department staff; approve discipline and recommend transfers or raises.
• Determine department goals with Store Director and set weekly schedules and daily work plans.
• Inspect signage and displays; order product for replenishment and maintain inventory.
