You’ll educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit and contactless payments, help identify personal or business goals, and connect them with the right banking solutions. A flexible, welcoming atmosphere awaits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security standards.
• Educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture and contactless payments.
• Identify client needs and pair them with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• Greet customers and maintain a hospitable, community-focused environment.
