Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: listen to uncover goals and pair clients with digital tools or banking solutions to help them succeed.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, balance efficiency with warmth, and ensure customers feel valued.
