Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy Chase Branch, delivering attentive service and a welcoming environment for clients and staff. You will drive growth in deposits and investments, oversee operations, and coach the team to success while representing the brand with hospitality and innovation in financial technology.

You will guide the team through a strong risk framework, uphold integrity, and develop community connections, working alongside experts to meet clients’ needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture and values.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify growth strategies.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching and recognizing successes.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to stay ahead in the industry.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen the branch presence.
• Ensure a strong risk and control environment by following policies and exercising sound judgment.
