Job summary

Chase is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, deliver exceptional client service, grow deposits and investments, manage operations, and coach a high‑performing team. You will uphold risk controls and embody our hospitality culture in a dynamic community setting.

You will complete Branch Manager Training and may travel for in‑person training and meetings, ensuring alignment with policies and corporate standards across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our culture.
• Deliver on the goals of the branch by growing deposits and investments and managing operations.
• Coach, develop, and motivate the team to achieve outstanding results.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships.
• Ensure strong risk and control environment by following policies and procedures.
• Engage with local businesses and community to strengthen branch presence.
• Travel as required for in‑person training and meetings.
