Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• The Guardian of Trust & Accuracy: execute high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy and maintain compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standards.
• The Digital Concierge: educate clients on mobile banking, remote deposit capture, and contactless payments.
• The First-Line Consultant: identify needs through active listening and pair customers with the right digital tools or banking solutions.
• The Hospitality Lead: greet customers, ensure no one feels like just a number, and balance efficiency with warmth.
