Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to put clients first and exceed expectations, delivering attentive and friendly service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by opening new accounts and servicing existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank policies.
