Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by assisting with transactions and opening new accounts, following policies and regs.
• Educate clients on using self-service tech like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies.
