Your role focuses on building long‑term relationships, explaining products, and guiding customers through everyday banking tasks while meeting regulatory requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and new account openings in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling and device management in line with bank procedures.
