You will work with the branch team to achieve goals while staying compliant and focused on exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reading and speaking English and Spanish fluently.
• Client service experience or comparable.
• Ability to learn products, procedures, and policies quickly.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and ensuring they feel heard and cared for.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options, including mobile and online tools.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with clients.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and adherence to procedures.
