Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and deliver attentive, welcoming service; manage lobby flow and meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in line with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations including cash devices while adhering to policies.
