Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while following policies and banking requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations such as cash handling and operating cash devices per bank procedures.
