• Exceed client expectations by assisting with transactions and opening new accounts while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and introducing clients to experts to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
