Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences, greet clients, and provide proactive banking support. You will learn and apply Chase Mobile App and online banking tools to help clients achieve their financial goals.

You will build trusted relationships, work with branch teams, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering friendly, attentive service across daily branch operations.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients with clear, polite communication.
• Ability to quickly and accurately learn products, services, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance, and open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and use of self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices in accordance with bank policies.
