Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and open new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital channels like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships through active listening, empathy, and clear product guidance in collaboration with the team.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
