Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver outstanding hospitality and client care at a branch. You will build trusted relationships, provide account services, and educate clients on Chase's digital tools to meet their financial goals.

You will work with branch colleagues to ensure smooth operations and comply with all policies and regulatory requirements, contributing to the branch's success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service to clients as they enter the branch, greet them, and manage lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with daily banking transactions and using self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients reach their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices management, while following bank policies and procedures.
